Many streets in Hanoi are packed with people again although the government has ordered shelter in place and banned public gatherings of over two persons outdoor to prevent coronavirus transmission.
The city government has requested local residents to comply with the prime ministerial directive on nationwide social distancing from April 1 to 15 as the city has the highest number of Covid-19 infections in the country.
