Hanoi's creative festival attracts diplomatic wives
The installations at historic sites, part of the Hanoi Festival of Creative Design 2024, left the ambassadors’ wives in awe.
This year's Hanoi Festival of Creative Design, themed "Creative Intersection", has truly become a hub for engaging creative professionals, artists, designers, experts and the local community.
Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Vice Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Committee, said the festival was an opportunity to reaffirm Hanoi's status as a "Creative City" within the UNESCO Creative Cities Network.
"The activities are designed with people in mind, showcasing the creative resources of the community and involving both artists and locals. It has also attracted large crowds and garnered support and participation from international friends," she said.
The diplomats' spouses spent the day touring the festival's various venues.
