Nhat Tan market, a famous flower market in Nhat Tan Ward, Tay Ho District of Hanoi, is distributing shopping stamps on an odd-even day scheme for local residents to go to the local wet market with a view to curbing the novel coronavirus spread.
Chairman of the Nhat Tan Ward People's Committee Dang Huu Tien said that the odd-even day scheme is effective from July 27.
The move aims to minimize the number of people going to the market at one time, avoid crowds, and prevent the Covid-19 pandemic.
