The lockdown is believed a swift action to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Ha Loi, the village of 11,000 people on the outskirts of Hanoi, has been under lockdown for two weeks starting from April 7 after a local man tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

So far, at least two people who were in close contact with him have been infected with the virus while more than 300 others have been put under quarantine.

Let’s see Ha Loi on the first day of lockdown through photos take by reporters at Baotintuc and Kenh14.
