Misty scenery struck sometimes in Hanoi signals low air quality.
Hanoi records high moisture this morning, resulting in fascinating misty scenery in many parts of the capital city.
It isn’t easy to see through misty weather because of moisture in the air happened this morning.
According to Dr Angela Pratt, WHO Representative in Vietnam, the air quality in Hanoi this morning is really concerning, especially for outdoor activities. So it's better to mask up outdoors and stay indoors as much as possible.
