Gallery Exhibition: “Children are not Brides”

The Gallery Exhibition themed “Children are not Brides” took place at the Vincom Mega Mall Royal City (72 Nguyen Trai street, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi).
Seen as a social problem, photographer Nhat Le depicted the child marriage issue through 17 artworks with clear messages, including reason for child marriage, the lack of awareness of people involved in the issue, and the consequences.
With an abstract art style, Nhat Le’s works maintain its balance between reality and creativity that help deliver the message behind each work to visitors.
The exhibition is part of the project “Children are not Brides” initiated by the non-governmental organization Good Neighbors International in Vietnam, targeting to prevent child marriage situation in the northern mountain province of Ha Giang in particular, and of Vietnam in general.
