The Hanoi municipal People’s Committee has approved a plan to build a software technology park cum urban area in Long Bien district in Hanoi.Covering an area of 413.29 hectares across five wards of Phuc Loi, Phuc Dong, Viet Hung and Gia Thuy, the plan aims to build the urban area and a modern software technology park which can accommodate a population of about 39,500 people. The plan proposes measures for effective use of land as well as the change of local labour structure./
