Over 14 years of holding, the annual photo exhibition has left good imprints in the public and become an unmissable occasion for photography enthusiasts and the locals every October.
These exhibited photos are divided into two thematic areas sections.
The first area named “Hanoi – A safe and hospitable destination” displays an overall picture highlighting events of international cooperation and exchanges by the Vietnamese Party, State and Government in Hanoi, reflecting the spirit of friendship, peace and portraying the capital city as a safe destination.
The second one is “Hanoi – The creative city” with snapshots of constructions, projects and ideas showing the creativity in the period of innovation and international integration.
Editor-in-Chief of the Economic& Urban Newspaper Nguyen Minh Duc said that each of the unique photos conveys the affection about Hanoi of photographers who took the snapshots from different angles but all depicted Hanoi as a friendly and creative city.
“Hanoi in me” exhibition is different from other artistic photo ones because it combines artistic photography and photojournalism. Many pictures were taken by reporters and journalists from the capital’s prestigious newspapers including the Economic& Urban newspaper.
As a result, it ensures not only the artistic traits but also the current affairs and the breath of life.
