Vietnam's Prime Minister to visit U.S.
On May 23, Vietnam’s Minister of Foreign Affair announced the official visit of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to U.S (from May 29 – 31).
Specifically, taking the invitation of U.S President Donald Trump, Mr Phuc will pay official three-day visit to U.S at the end of this May.

In advance, White House spokesman Sean Spicer also announced that U.S. President will welcome Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in this capital on May 31. According to the spokesman, during the meeting at the executive mansion the leaders will discuss ways to strengthen the relations ,between both countries.
Also, adds the source, Trump hopes to deepen cooperation with one of the most important partners of the United States in Southeast Asia.
On April 20, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for that region, Patrick Murphy, announced that the U.S. ruler will travel to Vietnam in November for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum Summit (APEC). President Trump is also scheduled to visit Vietnam this November for the APEC summit in the central city of Da Nang.
Including in the forum are the economies of Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Russia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
