This is the largest culinary and cultural festival in the Czech Republic, where the Vietnamese Embassy participated along with 54 foreign diplomatic missions in the country.
Each booth represented the cultural and culinary characteristics of its country and people, displaying traditional dishes, handicrafts and symbolic products.
The Vietnamese booth attracted the attention of many guests and international friends who love Vietnamese culture.
Traditional Vietnamese specialties such as nem ran or fried spring roll, tom chien xu or batter-fried shrimp and bun cha or vermicelli with grilled pork and fresh herbs, as always, captured the hearts of many diners. Meanwhile, many visitors now choose conical hats and silk scarves among other traditional products as meaningful souvenirs.
Along with cuisine, Serbian folk songs, traditional Mexican music performances, Irish and Armenian dances and other interesting artistic programs from the countries participating in the festival attracted the attention of many festival-goers.

Mayor of Prague 6, Jakub Starek, said culture and cuisine have long been a bridge linking peoples and fostering friendship between nations from all over the world.
According to the organizers, this year's cultural and culinary festival attracted about 15,000 visitors. More than 130 booths with diverse and unique cuisines and typical cultures from all continents brought memorable cultural experiences to local people and international visitors to Prague.
The Czech Republic and Vietnam will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2025. The authorities of the two countries will use the occasion to strengthen further cooperation, especially in the fields of trade, investment, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
This close cooperation can be realized by coordinating the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement and promoting the EU approval of the Investment Protection Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union and the launch of direct flights in the near future.
