Vietnam wishes to cooperate with Ireland in education and training

Impressed by the economic development of Ireland and expressed joy over the strong development of the relationship between Vietnam and Ireland, Party Secretary Hoang Trung Hai said that Ireland has become a partner, a close friend of Vietnam. The Irish Minister of Education and Skills' visit will mark a new milestone in the relationship between the two countries, particularly in the area of ​​education and training, said Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee Hoang Trung Hai. Through, Ireland has become the destination of more and more Vietnamese students by studying and working environment in Ireland is very friendly and safe. In addition, the relationship between the Ireland's four universities and Vietnam's universities has been established. At the mean time, Hai expressed his thanks to the effective support of the Government and people of Ireland for the past time on reducting poverty, building new rural areas in Vietnam.

Expressing gratitude to the warm welcome of Hanoi's leaders, Mr. Richard Bruton also expressed his pleasure at the strength of the cooperation between the two countries. In terms of the fact that the Irish Embassy in Vietnam will offer a strategy to support Vietnam over the next four years, the Irish Minister for Education and Skills hopes this will open up opportunities to further promote the mutually beneficial relationship between the two countries, especially in the field of education and training. Ireland is always looking for solutions in the field of education to meet the increasing demands of other industries, especially with the advancement of information technology.

Assessing the great potential for cooperation and historical similarities between the two countries, Secretary Hoang Trung Hai expressed his hope that this is the foundation for cooperation between the two countries that is growing more and more in the field of education and training, but cooperation in many fields such as agriculture, electricity as well.

With that in mind, Richard Bruton hopes besides the above-mentioned fields, Ireland and Vietnam will promote cooperation in the field of trade.
