According to the recent decision of the Municipal People's Committee, this result is valid for 36 months from the date of its issuance.
Hanoi has also tasked the city's Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Coordination Office of the New Rural Construction Program to host an award ceremony for the four-star OCOP products graded by the city People's Committee in 2023.
In addition, the People's Committee has provided guidance to district-level People's Committees and OCOP units on the use and printing of OCOP labels and the display of star ratings on product packaging in accordance with regulations.
The district-level People's Committees will collaborate with relevant departments, agencies, and units to conduct trade promotion activities to assist OCOP units in showcasing, introducing, and selling their products.
They will also conduct product inspections according to regulations.
The Municipal People's Committee requires enterprises with four-star OCOP products to be responsible for improving product quality in accordance with the OCOP program regulations and to maintain and upgrade their products to improve the rating.
This year, the Hanoi Coordination Office of the New Rural Area Construction Program will help units design standardized patterns and packaging for better recognition of four-star OCOP products.
Last year, Hanoi evaluated and classified 544 products under the OCOP Classification Program.
