Major projects completed in celebration of Hanoi Party Congress
New major infrastructure projects would contribute to Hanoi’s socio-economic development.
On the occasion of 1,010th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi, 66th anniversary of Hanoi Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 – October 10, 2020) and Hanoi’s 17th Party Congress, Hanoi has both completed and started construction of major infrastructure projects that would be key to the city’s socio-economic development process.
Notable projects are a multi-purpose sporting center in Dong Anh district; viaduct crossing Linh Dam lake; Mai Dich – Thang Long viaduct as part of Hanoi’s Ring Road No.3; elevated section of Nga Tu So – Nga Tu Vong of Ring Road No.2; the renovation of Vo Chi Cong street; the lighting system on Nguyen Trai – Tran Phu street, among others.
