In this regard, the representative of Hanoi Transport & Services Corporation (Transerco) said that the company had received 32 buses (60-seat and 80-seat class) from MAZ of Belarus since December 2017 with total investment of nearly $US5 million. These vehicles have met initial quality requirements so far.

Accordingly, more than 300 buses had been purchased (for supplementation to or in replacement of the old ones) in the capital in 2017, and by 2020, the city will have purchased 700 to 1000 buses for supplementation/replacement purposes. "Therefore, the potential for cooperation between Hanoi and Belarus in this area remains great," the Mayor stressed.
