Hanoi conducts confidence vote on 36 key leaders
The Hanoi People`s Council approved the list of 36 titles for the vote of confidence.
The People’s Council of Hanoi, which convened its seventh session of the 15th legislature on December 4, conducted a vote of confidence on officials holding 36 key positions ratified by the council on December 6.
The council took the vote of confidence for those who hold the key positions including Chairperson of the Hanoi People's Councils, Deputy Chairpersons of the Hanoi People's Council, head of the Council's Commission, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Vice Chairpersons of the Committee, and Members of the Committee.
The Hanoi People's Council approved the list of 36 titles for the vote of confidence and 102 votes were issued. The votes have three levels of confidence: high confidence, confidence and low confidence.
The following are the number of high-confidence votes for Hanoi’s 10 most important positions subjected to the vote:
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc – Chairwoman of the Hanoi People's Council: 100 (98.04%)
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan – Standing Vice Chairman of the Council: 86 (84.31%)
Mrs. Phung Thi Hong Ha – Vice Chairwoman of the Council: 82 (80.39%)
Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung – Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee: 84 (82.35%)
Mr. Nguyen Van Suu – Standing Vice Chairman of the Committee: 76 (74.51%)
Mr. Nguyen Doan Toan – Vice Chairman of the Committee: 74 (72.55%)
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hung – Vice Chairman of the Committee: 61 (59.8%)
Mr. Nguyen The Hung – Vice Chairman of the Committee: 67 (65.69%)
Mr. Ngo Van Quy – Vice Chairman of the Committee: 58 (56.86%)
Mr. Le Hong Son – Vice Chairman of the Committee: 45 (44.12%)
