In the north and west, the project is adjacent to Yen So waste water treatment plant and new urban areas of Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Ao Sao, Dong Tau and urban center of Hoang Mai district. In the south, the project borders ring road 3 and the existing residential area. In the east, the project is adjacent to Nguyen Tam Trinh street and residential area.
The target is to build a new urban project along Yen So lake to form a new urban center of the city with the function of green park and recreation. In addition, the project contributes to diversifying types of houses (commercial houses, resettlement houses, social houses) to serve the needs of people and ensure the stable and durable development in the city.
Based on the approved decision, the Hanoi People's Committee requests the Department of Planning - Architecture to appraise the composition of the detailed plan in accordance with current regulations and submit to the City People's Committee for approval.
People's Committee of Hoang Mai district and wards subject to the project are asked to coordinate to provide documents and data on the master plan for socio-economic development, current status of land use, works and projects in the area. It is necessary to create conditions for the construction unit to collect opinions of agencies, organizations, individuals and population communities related to the detailed planning.
The planning time will not exceed six months, from August 9, 2018.
