Hanoi airport facilitates aviation procedures for int'l journalists

Noi Bai International Airport plans to give priority to aviation procedure support to create the best conditions for international reporters after the second US-North Korea summit in Hanoi.

The airport said that from February 28 to March 2, it will coordinate with state agencies, ground service units and airlines to arrange personnel to support procedures for nearly 3,000 foreign reporters.

Accordingly, reporters will be identified at the D1, D2 entrance gate of Terminal T2 and will be facilitated with the procedure at Noi Bai International Airport.

Besides, a team of task force has been mobilized to serve the international journalists. The team must meet high requirements for foreign language proficiency, professional skills, high sense of responsibility.

These employees will identify reporters, give priority cards with the logo of the second US-North Korea summit and the word "Press" in the center. Reporters who have been issued cards will be instructed on their own counters or at the priority entrance at the check-in counter to perform quick check-in procedures.

In addition, Hanoi’s airport urgently prepared more than 3,000 souvenirs to present reporters as a beautiful mark in the end of the journey before saying goodbye to Noi Bai International Airport – the capital’s gateway.
