Yahoo! opens internet cafes in Vietnam

Hanoi Times – Yahoo! Opened Internet cafes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, allowing users greater access to the web.

 

The company expects the spread of Internet services will help people share information and stay in contact.

 

Yahoo! has already helped a number of cafes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City repair and decorate their cafes to attract internet users. The company also helped train staff so they can advise customers o­n new Internet services.

 

Along with investing in cafes, Yahoo! has launched the Yahoo! Ask and Answer service.
