The prime minister has assigned Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh and Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam to decide on specific flight schedules. Each flight must comply with epidemic prevention measures.

The Ministry of Transport will direct the increase of the frequency of international commercial flights to bring foreign experts, investors, skilled workers and their relatives to the country and receive Vietnamese citizens back home.

The prime minister also asked for quick evacuation of incoming passengers at border checkpoints and airports to avoid large crowds. He also urged acceleration of immigration procedures for experts, investors, and highly skilled workers.

The Ministry of Health is responsible for providing Realtime PCR tests in localities and testing at quarantine sites.

The prime minister ordered good preparation and management of centralized isolation, accommodation facilities, full implementation of epidemic prevention and control, preventing cross- infection and spread of diseases to the community.

He also demanded strictly control of immigration activities at border gates, punishment of illegal entry, and increased control over trails along the border.
