Kearney said in its 2009 report that the country’s software processing industry is growing vibrantly.
Its assessment was based on a survey of 50 countries with software industry, with such criteria as service and support information technology, customer care centres, skills and human resources and business environment.
Vietnam ’s position was up nine grades compared to the group’s rating in 2007.
India still tops the list, followed by China , Malaysia and Thailand .
