A three-month-old baby who was infected by Covid-19 was discharged from the Vietnam National Hospital of Pediatrics in Hanoi on February 20 morning, VnExpress reported.
The baby is the 15th patient out of 16 cases positive for the nCoV in Vietnam and also the 15th patient cured.

Director of the Vietnam National Hospital of Pediatrics Le Thanh Hai said that the child's blood tests had shown negative for the virus twice and she can be breastfed normally.
"We are glad to inform that Vietnam has successfully cured the first child patient with Covid-19," Hai said.
Luong Ngoc Khue, director of the Department of Medical Service Management under Ministry of Health said this is a great achievement and effort of all doctors who treated the baby.
That the child is only a newborn was the biggest challenge for her treatment, said Dr. Nguyen Van Lam, director of the Center for Tropical Medicine Clinical Children under the Vietnam National Hospital of Pediatrics.
Ten days ago, the hospital received the nCoV-positive baby, who had a slight fever of about 37.5 degrees and cough.
The child contracted the disease from her grandmother, who was contagiated from Nguyen Thi Du, 23, one of eight workers who went to Wuhan for training last November and returned on January 17.
The baby’s mother was with her during the ten days of treatment. Currently, she tests negative for nCoV, but is being closely monitored since she was in close contact with the child.
Yesterday, a Vietnamese-American quarantined in Hospital of Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City since January 31 no longer carries the nCoV. The 73-year-old male patient has tested negative for the coronavirus five times in a row since February 12. The patient is the eldest among Vietnam's 16 confirmed cases of nCoV infection.
WHO said on February 15 that Vietnam has responded well to the epidemic from the outset and prevented its spread.
