Integration is inevitable

In that context, Vietnam's press has to exchange and integrate with the international press, it is indispensable. With an important geopolitical position, Vietnam has been a priority in its strategy to expand in the Asian market. Vietnam newspapers village appeared most famous franchise of entertainment magazine like Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, etc. From the reputable regional news agency as KBS (Korea), NHK (Japan), CRI (China) to the "big guns" of the world such as the BBC (UK), Voice of America (US), RFI (France), Sputnik (Russian), they are all available in Vietnamese. In turn, many Vietnamese newspapers has versions in English, French, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and so on.

This shows that Vietnam has rapidly integrated into the flow of cross-border journalism. Many major news agencies of the world and the country have seen the contents on foreign-language version of Vietnam's press as an important source. Notably, hundreds of newspapers around the world are posting information, photographs of US President Barack Obama and chef Anthony Bourdain having dinner with "Bun cha" in Hanoi. As a result, Vietnam with a stable security environment, beautiful scenery, unique cuisine, is a safe destination to international friends.

Reaching a global player

In the nationwide newspaper villages, the Capital's journalism integration is considered very fast and sweeping the industry media globally deployed by the City's effectiveness of external information. Most major newspapers in the Capital has specialized in foreign language sites and activities of international cooperation. The content on the publication of the City's foreign language has an important contribution in promoting socio-economic development; strengthening and empowering the Capital and the Country in the international arena, to expand and deepen relations of friendship and cooperation with the Capital's partners, contributing to the fight with the wrong arguments, peaceful evolution tricks of the hostile forces.

In the trend of rapid development of the country's integration in general and the dynamic initiative integration of the Capital in particular, the contents on the City's external information channel's - Hanoitimes - Professional English page of Economics & Urban E-newspaper has met the requirements of communication role in the development of the Capital in the country's development and in the global environment, to meet the increasing demands of international readers about Hanoi.
