However, when noticing Tutor Universe could not fulfil its potential like application in smartphone, since October 2013, Viet Hung and his colleagues have changed strategy: they focused on building educational application with an ambitious name of GotIt! The application on Iphone has convinced investors in Silicon Valley. The objective of GotIt! is to create a knowledge exchange platform for various subjects. After 4 years of operation, GotIt! is focusing on education, specifically are mathematics, physics and chemistry.

According to Viet Hung, the secret to success of GotIt! is the combination between human and technology. This spirit is reflected through each phase of the model. Basically, GotIt! is an educational application, which helps users (majority is students) to find answer and instruction for their homework quickly through smartphone. “When someone post a question, GotIt! will process the question in 10 seconds before choosing an expert suitable with the question (the selected being highly responsive to the criteria developed by GotIt!) to connect with the one giving question. The most suitable expert will have 10 minutes to discuss the question with the one asking” – Viet Hung explained.
