The proposal has 3 alternative for the height of buildings in the master plan, as such, around Linh Quang lake, buildings will be from 100 – 200 m height. However, Hanoi People’s Committee proposed to choose an alternative of a 200m landmark building at the northwestern of Linh Quang lake, creating balance in the overall landscape, which is near to the national railway, urban railway and support pubic transport development. It is worth mentioning that the density of green trees in the total area of 98.1 hectare will be 10.5% compared to the current density of 1.5%.
