Memorable moments of voters at Detention Center No.1
Efforts have been made to ensure all detainees in detention centers can exercise their voting rights in the election day.

At Detention Center No.1 of the Hanoi’s police, voters, including 418 police and 2,190 detainees, have participated in the elections for deputies of the 15th National Assembly and all-level People’s Councils for the 2021-2026 period.
Before the election day [May 23], the Detention Center No.1 along with judicial and law enforcement agencies and representatives of local authorities finalized the voter rolls and list candidates for the elections, so that those “special voters” have time to study candidates and exercise their rights.
