At the plenary session on October 14, a dialogue between local youth and Tran Sy Thanh, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, was held under the theme "Youth Participation in Building a Green, Cultural, Civilized, and Modern Hanoi", focusing on three key themes, including "Green Hanoi", "Cultural Hanoi", and "Civilized and Modern Hanoi".
Dinh Cong Thanh, a Hanoi youth from Cau Giay district who attended the congress, told The Hanoi Times: "The discussions help me see youth proposals on digital citizenship, governance, and social development, promoting modern values and innovative responses to emerging challenges in the context of digital transformation and international integration."
"I am very happy to be able to make a small contribution to the work of environmental protection, the promotion of a clean and beautiful capital city, and the preservation of traditional values in order to better promote Hanoi's heritage locally and globally," said Thanh.
The congress features an exhibition with 43 stands displaying local and OCOP products, as well as technology exhibitions. It calls on all youth members to shoulder their responsibilities, strive to be proactive on all fronts, be creative in their studies and work, and contribute their strength to building the Party, the government, and a modern capital city.
