Mr. Quyen noted that the city will conduct measures to ensure sustainable and rapid development of the private sector, especially policies to aid enterprises resume operation in the post-Covid-19 pandemic.
“In 2021, Hanoi continues to give priority to the implementation of the Law on Provision of Assistance for Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises and other government’s resolutions in expanding the business community,” added Mr. Quyen.
Another key target is to promote innovation startups and realize two programs on supporting startups and SMEs in 2021 and 2021-25, he noted.
