Highly appreciating Mr Ron Gonzales’ trip, Mr Nguyen Duc Chung informed some achievement of Hanoi during the past time. With the size Ranked 17^th in cities list all over the world, urbanization rate of Hanoi at 38% with target of 60% to meet in the next 5 years. After 30 years of Doimoi, Hanoi lead the whole country with GRDP of 8,2% in 2016.

At the moment, 100% export-import enterprise must register via online channel.  
One-million-tree programme in duration of 5 years (2016 – 2020) started with 220.000 tree planted in Hanoi in 2016. The government replace all the old trash collection trucks with mechanized ones from German carmaker; at the same time, call foreign investor provide technology to solve garbage into energy.
Mr Nguyen Duc Chung also introduce 39 traffic priority constructions, clear the Ring No 1, No 2, No 3, No 4, No 5. Bus Rapid Transit System was forced into operation for the first time from Jan 1^st… He recommended that, Hanoi own large potential in real estate.  “We always create favour condition to enterprise seeking chance to invest in Hanoi”, said the Hanoi’s People Committee.  
Impressed by achievement and development plan of Hanoi government, Mr Ron Gonzales highly valued vision and effort of Hanoi leaders. Comment on Hanoi development prospect in Real estate, he suggest the reform of licence approval process, to be more transparent, prompt, effective and flexible. Former Mayor committed to support US enterprises to approach and operate in Ha Noi.
