Over 60 years, every October 10 comes, Hanoians are always anxious when paying back the memory of the anniversary of the Capital's Liberation Day. From a devastated city during the war, Hanoi has become political, national center of administration, major center of culture, education, science - technology, economics and international trade. Hanoi is changing every day, looks more magnificent and modern with a series of transport infrastructure projects, key economic projects that are being put into operation.

It's good news when the economic growth rate on an annual average of the Capital gain 9.5%, 1.5 times higher than the national average; contributing 10% of total product GDP, 20% of the national budget. People's life are continuously improved; Human Development Index, the size and quality of education - training in Hanoi topped the country, repeatedly voted as one of the tourist attractions appealing to international travelers.

The historical October, deeply understanding the precious values ​​of independence, freedom and values ​​of peace and development, the Hanoians must always be aware that: "The people of the country are looking at how to behave in the Capital", which is more dynamic in construction and labor; more polite, more compassionate in cultural behavior, to Hanoi, not only increasingly rising to new height, but also the Hanoians can be proud of the Capital!
