By Tuan Minh 15:32, 2014/07/15
Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh met with leaders of southern Binh Phuoc province on July 14, discussing plans for the construction of a state-of-the-art Spanish invested rubber latex processing plant.

At the meeting, provincial leaders pointed out that Binh Phuoc is the largest natural rubber producing area in the country.

They also announced that the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) has negotiated a deal with Spanish investors to erect a modern rubber processing facility in the province aimed at producing quality products in compliance with strict requirements of the European market.

Minister Vinh requested provincial leaders strive to facilitate Spanish investors’ business activities and finalize formalities to implement the project on schedule.

He emphasized that MPI will pay special attention to supporting the province in developing the economy, transport system, eco-tourism sites and other construction projects.
