Bphone 2017 launched, priced about 10 million VND

On August 8, BKAV launched Bphone 2017 for 9.8 million VND. The firm is expected to sell the gold version of Bphone 2017 overseas.
CEO Nguyen Tu Quang said  that BKAV decided to delay the launching of Bphone 2 at the end of 2016 as planned. The one year postponement was reserved to change the design and to better prepare for the reappearance. 

Bphone 2017  features a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Insides, the smartphone is backed by  3GB of RAM, a  strong configuration with 625 Snapdragon processor, 32GB ROM and already installed BOS on Android 7.1.2. In addition, Bphone has battery capacity of up to 3,000 mAh. 

Its rear camera has a resolution of 16MP, equipped with Sony IMX298 sensor commonly used for the most advanced phones in the world. Optical anti-shake camera, easy shooting under all conditions, brings about sharp images with true colors.

In addition, its 8MP front camera automatically captures a wide angle of up to 88 degrees with natural beauty mode. Together with good hardware, Bphone 2017’s camera has been tested in various complicated conditions and fine-tuned with Bkav's image-processing technology, delivering the "best in every detail".

Bphone 2017 brings excellent sound quality thanks to the update of 32bit/384 KHz audio codec considered as the best one at the moment. The sound reproduced is extremely true, lively even with headphones or speakers thanks to the wide Dynamic Range. Indeed, Bphone 2017 has the sound quality comparable to the current leading smartphones. In comparison to 2 smartphones called Phone 1 and Phone 2, Bphone has better sound quality. In addition, Bphone 2017 is equipped with Quick Charge 3.0 and supports 2 sims. 

Furthermore, according to BKAV, the battery of Bphone can be used conveniently for 2 days. However, even with large battery capacity, the design is still flat and beautiful. BKAV commented that the secret lies in electron management technology to utilize 100% battery. 

Notably, the Bphone 2017 the Golden version attracted attentions from the audience at the launching event. This version is equipped with 4GB of RAM, 835 Snapdragon processor, and dual-cameras. According to the CEO of BKAV, the golden version of Bphone belongs to luxurious smartphones, competing with iPhone 7 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S8. Meanwhile, Bphone 2017 is the normal version of the nearly-luxurious group. 

Bphone 2017 Gold has a similar design to the first generation of Bphone. The notable point of Bphone 2017 Gold is the dual cameras with 12MP, while the front camera with 8MP is similar to that of Bphone 2017. 

Bphone 2017, even though remains in the nearly-luxurious group, still has the functions of high-quality smartphones: good camera, high quality sound and long battery capacity. Bphone 2017 Gold has not been sold in Vietnam. 

The representative of BKAV announced that the company will try to find market for Bphone overseas. Bphone 2017 with price at 9,789,000 VND will be sold only at The gioi di dong starting from August 19, 2017.
