Announcing the top 50 IT companies in Vietnam
Total revenue of these enterprises are 20.6 trillion VND (equivalent to 936 million USD), with total workforce of 35,542 people.


This time, the event is initiated since the beginning of June, through preliminary qualification, practical appraisal at enterprises, and then detailed qualification, in which voters will vote for the top 50 leading IT companies in 3 categories: BPO, IT Outsourcing and KPO; software, solutions and IT services; Digital contents, application and solutions for mobile phones.
According to the statistics, total revenue of the top 50 IT companies in Vietnam are 20.6 trillion VND (equivalent to 936 million USD), with total workforce of 35,542 people. As such, outstanding enterprises and are the flagship companies in Vietnam IT are FPT Software, TMA, Global CyberSoft, KMS, Nash Tech, FIS, CMC, MISA, MobiFone, VNPT, VNG, or in high technologies such as ELCOM, NextTech, MK Smart, or companies with rapid development growth such as RikkeiSoft, VMG, SmartOSC, FSI, and leading enterprises in each market and sector such as Fujinet, DIGI-TEXX, Swiss Post Solution.
In particular, in order to take on the current technological trend and the industrial revolution 4.0, the voting event for top 50 IT companies in Vietnam 2017 has mark a significant improvement in setting priority for enterprises operating in fields such as digital transformation, internet of things, and new trend of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analysis and virtual reality. According to the organizing board, this will be the first step to a new adventure for Vietnam IT enterprises to be part of the industrial revolution 4.0, which is having a big impact in all over the world. At present, enterprises participating in this field may not have significant achievements yet, or their products are not refined, but with a long term vision and strategy for development, as well as significant investment in research & development, no doubt they will quickly catch up with new technological trends to have breakthroughs in their respective fields.
Along with the announcement of enterprises in the list of top 50 leading IT enterprises in Vietnam 2017, the organizing board also introduced the paper edition of top 50 leading IT enterprises in Vietnam 2017 in three languages: Vietnamese – English – Japanese. This will be used as an official document for VINASA to promote and introduce Vietnam IT in exhibition and technological events in the world; as well as a credible source for reference, with regard to top IT companies in Vietnam.
The Chairman of VINASA Truong Gia Binh said, the event is not only for voting and honoring outstanding enterprises in the IT sector, but also to put up effort in promoting and advertising overseas. As such, it will bring more added value to enterprises in term of their images, brands and markets, at the same time to directly contribute to the image of Vietnam IT in the world market.
The event is expected to be taken place on October 25 in the 11th Japan ICT day 2017 at Ho Chi Minh city.
