Workshop promotes AI application in Vietnamese firms

According to Vice President of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Hoang Quang Phong, the explosion of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 will bring new opportunities for the Vietnamese business community.
VCCI and Solomon Technology Group (Taiwan) hosted a demonstration workshop on the Industrial Revolution 4.0: Internet of Things (IoT) - Robotics - Artificial Intelligence on September 28 to raise Vietnamese businessese' awareness to manipulate artificial intelligence (AI) in production and business.

The workshop helped the Vietnamese business community discern about the inevitable transformation of production methods and business practices related to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and IoT in particular. 

Besides, the workshop introduced solutions for automation, robotics, AI to the business community in the general overview of Vietnam’s innovative and sustainable industry.

At the workshop, AI solutions were introduced to enhance the power of 3D image processing, allowing the robot to automatically identify and locate objects with high accuracy in a brief moment.

According to Vice President of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) Hoang Quang Phong, the explosion of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 will bring new opportunities for Vietnamese business community.

The solution is finding the right direction and effective business, which is an open topic for both employers and regulators in Vietnam. Accordingly, this solution provides a significant increase in productivity, which reduces the burden on work that requires human judgment and intensive work, Phong added.

He emphasized that this new wave of technology will help businesses improve their production capacity, innovate products and services, reduce raw material consumption and operation cost, meet customers’ exact needs.
