Music from the Ancient Time
The Old Quarter’s Musical Story returns to the Cultural Exchange Center of the Old Quarter at No. 50 Dao Duy Tu street. Artists and artisans from Dong Kinh Co Nhac The Ancient Music Group of Tonkin will continue to bring Vietnamese traditional sounds to audiences, introducing them to the precious heritage of Vietnamese traditional music culture.
This is a special musical program dedicated to the “Music from the Ancient Time”. The unique music of Vietnamese Spiritual Culture such as Chanting Tone, Zen Poetry Singing of the Worship of Mother Goddesses in Vietnam will be performed with other genres of Vietnamese traditional music in a small theater space.
They hope that the flow of the ancient sound takes the audience today on a journey back to thousand years ago, and help them understand and ‘feel’ the traditional music culture of Vietnam.

Art Talk ”Second Opinion”
Manzi Art Space and Hanoi DocLab will hold a talk by artists of the ‘Second Opinion’ exhibition which is on show at Manzi Art Space until 07 Jan 2019.
