VNPT launched first made-in-Vietnam smartphone

The VNPT Technology Joint Stock Company has launched its made-in-Vietnam smartphone, which has a reasonable price but still has many of the functions f this type of product.

Priced at VND3.9 million (USD185.7), Vivas Lotus S1 can be connected to hi-speed wifi and 3G, uses two sim cards and has a long-duration battery with abundant applications. The 5-inch screen is suitable for entertainment activities and surfing websites. The memory card of 32Gb can store more than 6,000 songs.


The differences between this phone and other phones is that this, made-in-Vietnam model, can be integrated with all online applications from the VNPT app store to allow users to easily get access to applications of the two main mobile phone operators  Vinaphone and Mobifone; for example TVOD, mRadio, Myradio, Chacha and Ringtune.


Vivas Lotus S1 targets a medium-income customer group and is guaranteed for 12 months.


After the Vivas Lotus S1, VNPT – Technology Joint Stock Company also plans to produce  more mobile phones in the future.
