Vietnam to have encyclopedia with total of 35 episodes

On March 25, Dr. Lai Van Hung, director of Academy of Social Sciences Vietnam said that it is expected in 8-10 years time, Vietnam will have completed the national Encyclopedia.
Encyclopedia Ministry has about 35 files with 30,000 entries, each set of 1,000 large pages.

This is a relatively new field in Vietnam in general and Academy of Social Sciences in particular. Therefore, the Institute starts to pilot encyclopedia of literature, lexicography, economics.. Besides, the scientists also learn experiences of compiling encyclopedia from other countries in the world
