The system responds to the requirements of more efficient management and orientation in grasping the public opinions and trends.
According to a representative of the Central Commission for Communication and Education, VCNET will firstly serve as an electronic platform in managing the information and education sector nationwide by digitizing the paperwork.
VCNET enables digital signature, has smart chat box, and the handy features adopted from most of the social media platforms including posting, post sharing, photo uploading, like and comments and can be accessed easily via web or smartphones.
VCNET is expected to save at least 50% of the working time and reduce about 90% of the time for document processing and transaction.
Everyone can join this social media platform by “Register” to the system via the link http://vcnet.vn or download the app for smartphones.
Facebook is the most popular social media platform in Vietnam with over 56.8 million users by May 2019, which accounted for 58% of its entire population, according to NapoleonCat, a platform of social media management.
A number of domestic social media platforms including Mocha, VCCorp are struggling to match the massive popularity of Google’s YouTube and Facebook.
