Vietnam-Japan Culture Exchange 2015 to take place in Da Nang

The organising board said, the annual Vietnam-Japan Culture Exchange 2015 will be held at Administrative Centre Park in Da Nang city from August 28-30.
According to Da Nang city's Foreign Affairs Department, the event aims to boost the relationship between Japanese cities and Da Nang in particular and Vietnam-Japan friendship in general.
The opening ceremony will see performance by Otawara artists along with demonstrations of Aikido, Sumo, Japanese sword, Sumo and traditional wrestling.
At the event, art troupe from Sakai city will debut with tea ceremony demonstration with cuisine pavilions and street dance performances on August 28.

Participants will also have good chance to taste Japanese cuisines during the event, including Udon, Chanpon, Ramen, fresh fish, Kasutera, and Wagyu (Beef) from Nagasaki. 
Tourists can even try on kimono, yukata, Cosplay, and paper folding Kirigami, Origami. 
According to the organisers, the first Japanese Sword Championship will be also held with the participation of Vietnamese players on August 29. 
Besides, an investment and tourism promotion conference will be organised during the three-day cultural event by the Japan External Trade Organization and the Japanese Business Association in Da Nang.
