Ryoma Quartet, whose four members are famous artists playing traditional Japanese instruments (percussion, shamisen, shinobue, and violin), hopes to bring Japanese culture to the world through the boundless language of music and foster the friendship between citizens of the countries. The quartet has held successful tours in Spain, Thailand, Malaysia, Bulgaria and South Korea, among others.

Suc Song Moi bamboo ensemble is the only ethnic minority ensemble in Vietnam performing detailed composition arrangements for symphony, founded by conductor Dong Quang Vinh. Their work style is diverse, ranging from folk, traditional, and pop music to Western chamber music. Thanks to its guest performances alongside leading symphony orchestras in Vietnam and worldwide, it is honored as an ensemble that brings the inspiration of traditional arts to Vietnamese and international audiences.

The charity concerts aim to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Japan - Vietnam diplomatic relation in 2023 with the support of the Department of Cultural Diplomacy and UNESCO Affairs (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
