Vietnam Golden Book honor scientific-technological innovations

The Vietnam Gold Book of Innovation 2018 gathers 73 innovative projects and solutions in the field of science and technology.
The launch of the Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation aims to propagate and praise innovative projects in the field of science and technology. Besides, the book affirms the creative capacity of Vietnamese people at home and abroad in economic development, national construction and defense. Moreover, it also introduces policies to support and encourage creative activities of the Vietnamese state.
Addressing the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of the Party and state, President Tran Dai Quang sent congratulations to the authors and groups of authors whose works and solutions for scientific and technological innovation selected and published in the Vietnam Gold Book of Innovation 2018.
President Tran Dai Quang emphasized that scientific-technological development and application is the country’s top priority and one of the key driving forces of socio-economic development and national defense.
The president noted 73 outstanding works and solutions that are of great importance to the country's science and technology and have been applied effectively in many fields. In addition, he encourages the movement of creative emulation, application of scientific and technological advances in all classes of people, contributing to bringing Vietnam’s science and technology to reach the developed countries in the region and in the world in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
