The members of Vietnam Airlines Group, including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and VASCO, altogether will provide more than 7.1 million seats on both domestic and international routes during the peak summer travel season.
It is estimated to be equivalent to a total of over 36,000 flights, which will be made available for summer travelers from June 1 to August 15.
On international routes, Vietnam Airlines Group will offer over 852,000 seats, equivalent to more than 3,600 flights, down 40% from the pre-pandemic level since cross-border travel demand is yet to fully recover.

The three carriers will provide nearly 6.3 million seats on more than 32,400 domestic flights, up 10% compared to the same period of 2019 before the Covid-19 pandemic broke out.
There would be 160 daily flights connecting Vietnam's three biggest cities, namely Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh City.
Every day, there will also be hundreds of flights connecting famous tourist destinations nationwide, including Phu Quoc, Cam Ranh, Da Lat, Hue, Quy Nhon, Dong Hoi, Tuy Hoa, Con Dao.
In total, Vietnam Airlines Group plans to operate approximately 430 domestic flights per day during the peak summer season.
To prepare for service during the peak period, the group worked on aircraft maintenance and improved ground equipment, and workforce to ensure the best technical condition, especially at airports.
During the high season for travel, Vietnam Airlines Group recommends passengers check in online, by phone or to save time and avoid congestion at airports.
