Vietnam Airlines made it to Bounce's list of 10 best international airlines

Besides Vietnam Airlines and the three airlines mentioned above, Korean Air, Vistara, All Nippon Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, and Air India make up the Bounce list of the world's top 10 airlines.

Vietnam Airlines ranked 10th in Bounce's 10 best international airlines in 2023, scoring 5.16.

The ranking was made by the experts of Bounce, a US-based company operating in over 1,000 cities around the world. It scored 60 global airlines based on several criteria, including punctuality, the number of delays/cancellations, quality of in-flight service, onboard meals, seats, staff service and  ground support.

Japan Airlines leads the ranking, with a score of 8.28, for the quality of in-flight food, comfortable seats, staff service, and in-flight entertainment. Notably, the airline's on-time performance also reached a record high of 88.36%.

Singapore Airlines ranks second (7.63) with the lowest cancellation rate among the 60 airlines surveyed, with only 0.03%. It is followed by Qatar Airways (7.5), which has expanded its routes to over 150 destinations around the world.
