Viec Lam Tot, the job matching platform, was officially launched by Cho Tot online classified platform, with the aim of helping more than 40 million blue-collar workers in Vietnam find jobs by 2025.

Job seekers can quickly apply for vacancies within one minute by directly contacting the recruiter via phone call, text message, or creating a brief application with five steps.
Over the years, the Jobs section on Cho Tot has recorded a significant year-on-year growth rate of more than 40%. In 2021 alone, the section reached the milestone of announcing 12 million jobs.
In October, Viec Lam Tot recorded more than 3.2 million visits and posted more than 1.4 million job vacancies.
Sharing about the launch, Nguyen Trong Tan, CEO of Cho Tot said the launch of the platform will enable them to move closer to their mission of assisting each worker to find more and better job opportunities with one-touch application taking less than a minute.
“Viec Lam Tot aims to accompany blue-collar workers to improve professional skills, increase opportunities to get better jobs, thereby improving income and the quality of life," he said.
In terms of development strategy, the company plans to invest in technology and digital data to offer a smart digitized solution, reduce time and resources during the recruitment cycle and ensure a plentiful source of market-leading candidates for enterprises.
In the third quarter (Q3), the Vietnamese labor market was severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam, the number of underemployed people of working age in this quarter exceeded 1.8 million, which was the highest number recorded in the past 10 years.
Meanwhile, a recent report from the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs revealed more than 17.8% of enterprises are facing labor shortages.
