As many as 138 Vietnamese trainees attended the two-month Japanese language course before starting work in Japan, following an economic partnership agreement between the two countries.
These medical workers had already participated in a 1-year Japanese training course in Vietnam before they were sent to Japan.
After completing the current training, they will enrol to work in hospital and healthcare centres in Japan, from August 2014 aiming to earn a professional certificate granted by Japanese related agencies.
