Quang Ninh province to host Miss Beach Vietnam 2016 pageant
At the press conference to announce Miss Beach Vietnam 2016 pageant held in Hanoi on March 28, the organising board said the pageant will be held from March to May, 2016 aiming to honour the beauty of Vietnamese women.
According to the organisers of Miss Beach Vietnam 2016 pageant, the qualifying round will take place in Hanoi on April 8-10 and in HCM city on April 2-4.
Sixty candidates will be selected for the semi-final round in Quang Ninh province on May 6-8.
Mr.Ly Minh Tuan, a representative of the organising board said the beauty pageant will make an opportunity for contestants to show their knowledge about social affairs and their homeland’s sea and islands.
The pageant will also include charity programs and environmental protection activities, he said.
The final round of the pageant with 40 most outstanding candidates will be organised in Tuan Chau Island, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province on May 21.
Along with three key titles, the organising board will present minor titles such as Miss Talent, Miss Hospitality, Miss Tourism, Miss Photo and Miss Ao Dai.
