Pharmaceutical exhibition to be held in Hanoi
The 24th annually Vietnam International Exhibition on Products, Equipment, Supplies for Pharmaceutical, Medical, Hospital and Rehabilitation (Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2017) will be held here on May 10-13, the Ministry of Health (MoH) said on Tuesday.
A total of 410 businesses and organizations from 30 countries, including China, India and South Korea among others, will participate in the largest ever exhibition this year, doubling the scale of 2016's event with 200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, said the organizers.
The MoH's annual Vietnam Medi-Pharm exhibition aims to popularize a view of modern and advanced community health and enhance international integration, with main exhibits include medicine, medical supplies and equipment, clinic and hospital furniture and equipment, medical examination and consultation services, surgical equipment, insurance, among others.
During the exhibition, there will be conference introducing Vietnam medical and pharmaceutical market, trading policies when doing business in Vietnam hosted by related departments and associations under the MoH.
Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2017 will help local and international enterprises to introduce their products, exchange and study experience, expand investment market and facilitate technology transfer, said MoH's Deputy Minister Pham Le Tuan.
