This is the outcome of the project ARTS Build Communities (ABC) by Kien Hoa Design Company. Ta Thi Thu Huong, a resident initiated the project with the aim to replace unorderly draws, commercial ads on the walls around the zone.
Painter Nguyen Duy Linh who leads this art-for-communication project said: “It was launched on Nov 14 2017 and expected to fulfil in Jan 28 with more than 20 paintings. Their topics cover from ancient Hanoi, flower market, old Lang village, Ha Long Bay…”, However, Linh also worries about the recent wet and cold weather can pull the project behind the schedule.
According to Nguyen Van Hai – Secretary of the ninth resident team, the collective zone 's infrastructure is in low condition. The 3D painting project receives approval and appraisal from the locals. The colorful wallpapers bring fresh atmosphere to the living zone here.
