Brightly decorated streets for New Year 2025 in Hanoi

As the New Year and Lunar New Year approach, the streets of Hanoi are adorned with vibrant decorations, including flags, flowers, and festive slogans, to celebrate the arrival of 2025 and the country’s major holidays.

Streets such as Hoang Dieu, Hung Vuong, Dinh Tien Hoang, Thanh Nien, and Dien Bien Phu are lit up with the bright red hues of flags, banners, slogans and billboards, setting a cheerful tone for the coming New Year.

 The area around Ba Dinh Square, near the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, is decorated with flags and flowers, creating a festive atmosphere for the nation's important celebrations.

 In Lenin Park in downtown Hanoi, vibrant flower displays send messages of goodwill for the New Year.
 Billboards promoting the upcoming celebrations have been placed around the city, including at major tourist spots and the headquarters of the Hanoi People's Committee.
 International tourists and locals alike are amazed by the dazzling New Year's billboard on the shore of Hoan Kiem Lake.
 Many young people, dressed in traditional Ao Dai, capture memories in front of Hanoi’s famous landmarks ahead of the new year celebrations.
 Hanoi's small streets are aglow with Vietnamese red flags featuring yellow stars, adding to the city's festive charm. 
 The atmosphere is filled with anticipation, as the city prepares for the grand New Year’s countdown and fireworks display on Hoan Kiem Lake.
