Thu Minh 09:21, 2015/06/04
According to the National Centre for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, the heat wave will return to the northern region in the next two days, with day temperatures hovering between 35-38 degree C.
The average temperatures nationwide in summer months will be between 0.5-1 degree Celcius higher than normal due to the impacts of El Nino pattern while less rainfalls means water shortages will continue in central Vietnam until mid-September, the National Centre for Hydrometeorological Forecasting warned.
