17:14, 2014/08/26
Phu Quoc - RoK air route is to officially open in early November.
The information was released at a working session on August 25 between Phu Quoc district People’s Committee and Phu Quoc International Airport Board of Directors and representatives of Okay Airwas and Korean Hanjin tourism company.

The air route aims to enhance increased tourism between Phu Quoc and the Republic of Korea (RoK).
Phu Quoc introduced its incentives, such as visa exemption for foreign visitors, and infrastructure development policies, as well as coordination with the RoK to bring Korean visitors to Phu Quoc.
Okay Airwas and Hanyin Company will open the first flight to Phu Quoc in November.
Phu Quoc People’s Committee leaders said they hope that Korean travel agencies and Okay Airwas will further accelerate close cooperation to keep the air route operating stably.
